Tierra del Sol will not have collegiate categories

All -

Despite the best efforts of Brent and Mark, the promoters of Tierra del Sol this weekend (Saturday) decided not to add collegiate categories into their road race this weekend.

Sorry. So in essence the road season is done. I will be mailing out the trophies in the next week or so.

Although I can't technically count the points since there are no collegiate categories, for those of you who still want to do TDS, I can count it as a legitimate start for those of you whom are As, similar to what I did last year at the Tucson Bike Classic. I know it's short notice of the "cancellation" (ie no collegiate categories) and some of you are probably registered, so it's the best I can do to try to make it "right" in some sense without giving everyone points.

Again, I apologize. i know there have been a few cancellations this season, and for the most part it has been out of everyone's hands. Thanks to all who worked so hard to make it a successful season despite these setbacks. You all are great!

It was great seeing you all this weekend, including some new faces. Thanks for racing & congrats to all of the criterium champions!

The points have been updated to reflect the Adoption Exchange results.

I'm waiting on the Tierra del Sol flyer; I'll post it as soon as I receive it.

Thanks all!
